VO-EM is a simple, virtual game console which works somewhat like a very underpowered Gameboy Advance. It is powered by a stripped-down version of the CPU known as DLX. It was designed as a completely meaningless experiment by a bored hobbyist, but if you liking making games or applications under severe limitations, it may be of interest to you!
